It hunts the CPU and RAM down until the game locks up and dies. Try them at 1000m using the space only ones on a planet and you'll see what I mean. 😁

Ore detectors are basically a memory eater until there is none left to eat. It massively depends on how good your CPU and CPU cooler are.
I really want to hide them, but I've done that too many times to count and in the end i just put a disclaimer in the mods description in-game and said Don't Use on Planets. :) Lol

Space only Variants have fully range.
I have a question: Is it possible to exclude Ores from Meteors?
Try the Space only detectors as those have the 5000 range (hopefully. :)
