You can only see the decal in skirmish mode not in ranked matches.

It suggest a "real German Cross (black and white Colours)" - but it isn't !!!
Still the same blue Decal as everyone out there

The Position of the Crosses on Tanks are not historical correct - so not usefull for Players who like it in real WW2-Mode
