I'm having trouble uninstalling. I clicked unsubscribe and the assassins are still coming, even in games that the mod was never used in and brand new games

make it so that the assasins in this mod were hired by a knight who's appearence changes in every game and you need to find and kill him before he crosses the boundry in search of the high king who will die if you fail and if you do the entire dragon species will be awoken and frankly you can make this for both of the onlines where people pick a side

Also, a great tool for Auto-Sorting your load order is called LOOT. It can also help alert you to problems in your load order and mods.

You just run it and it'll do an automatic sorting of your mods, attempting to fix any issues with load order.

In other news; I am working on an MCM Menu for this. It'll be optional. But if you do have SKSE, you'll be able to change the number of minions that spawn to your liking. From none to ten, every spawn round. As well as the levels when the bosses appear and hopefully, if I can get it working, how often the minion spawning occurs.

Yeah, they will come regardless of what's going on. Which might cause an issue if you're in a super sensative situation. I haven't had an issue with that yet, and i imagine you can just kill them then go about your business. Or load an earlier save, kill them, then do it.

You should've copy and pasted your load order so we can try and figure out what mod(s) are incompatible with Sinister Seven.

I also had 0 issues with the mod, butjust disabled it sicne sometimes it screwed things up. One time I was attacked when entering the Colege of Winterhold as a new member and you gotta demonstrate a ward spell. Every time the enemies disrupted the talk it broke stuff and he refused to cast the fireball spell whenever I was standing in the correct position and using lesser ward.

TLDR; a Sinister Seven attack broke muh mage guild quest

The log file should be in a subfolder where you found Skyrim.ini. It will only be created if you saved Skyrim.ini with your new changes, then tried playing Skyrim. It will automatically generate the folders and put the logs there. Skyrim>Logs>Script -- Papyrus0.log

I understand that it crashes when you try to play Skyrim. What I need is more indepth information. It's like calling a doctor and saying you feel sick. I can't really do anything with that, I'll need to take tests to figure out why you feel sick. What you can do is; Go to C:\Users\YourUserName\Documents\My Games\Skyrim. Open Skyrim.ini, look for and change the lines under the [Papyrus] settings; "bEnableLogging=1", without quotation marks. Settinng it to 1 enables "error logging." You only want to do this when you are debugging stuff. When you're done, set it back to 0. When you next play Skyrim, it will create logs in; C:\Users\YourUserName\Documents\My Games\Skyrim\Logs\Script. There, you can read the logs created. The very last lines of the log might give you some insight into why it is crashing. You can post them here if you want and I can try helping you figure it out.

my game opens it shows the pop up menu and i push play then the sound goes boom, boom boom and the game shuts off

It may be another mod, as the thousands of people who have succesfully used this mod have not had this problem, at least succesfully reported and documented. You will need to look at Papyrus logs, which can give you some info upon loading. Check the final output logs.

I don't use Revenge of the Enemies mod, that's interesting. I wonder what it does for him. I can usually kill him OK on Adept, which is what I play at. Though I tend to play thief characters. So all I do is keep my distance and wait for him to swing, dart in during that moment and cut him to poison him, then pull back. Leaping over things and scrambling to put tables or whatever in his way. If he tries to heal, I usually punish him during that moment.

Fought against a giant Orc with a knockdown move, usually 1 hit KO'd me, could heal himself, and had super speed. Lowered difficulty to Novice, still cried. GG
Revenge of the Enemies mod didn't help me at all...

Well, I have no idea then. :] I double checked the wiki when I remembered the command to get the exact syntax. http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Console --> For example, setessential a2c8e 1 would set Lydia as immortal.

Yeah, the base ID should be labeled when you click on them in the console. Bottom right hand corner if I rememeber correctly. Though I have a mod that changes my console, so my memory may be off.

Hm, weird. Okay. Oh wait, I remembered another command. "setessential <base ID> 0" -- should make them mortal again. "setessential <base ID> 1" makes someone essential.

That should work, it may be keeping the old data. What you can also do is just bring up console, click on the Hunter and type "disable." She won't respawn or bother you again.
