Yours is looking pretty good for a start. I would just recommend smoothing out the banks of the creek in front of the town using the "smooth" option, or lower the ground a bit first, then smooth it out. As I did on my map, you may want to consider making a creek on the right side of Marye's Heights so that it limits the space the AI can attack over. Also don't forget to use the blend option to color the roads. You can also lower the "pressure" number with that to create different textures.
