It should say "skills/alien_autopsy32.png" (I'm pretty sure it does in the version uploaded; it does in every version in my files)

That file is a resource from expansion 3 (CoTW); do you have Conquest of the Wizardlands?

(If you do have CoTW and it still doesn't work, try downloading the version from https://community.gaslampgames.com/threads/new-class-jack-of-all-trades.16171/ because the name of the file is definitely spelled correctly in that version; I just double checked it)
