Dear Girafe, Amazing job ! I would love to make a Thalys version of your TGV (as I am making a belgian city) The model is exactly the same, only the texture is different (actually, as a previous employee of Thalys, I can tell you that if you scratch the paint of the Thalys, you can see the TGV color under it). I could make the texture and give it to you, but for that I would need the texture map

Heads up to the author: This asset is causing the trains to get stuck when exiting the map which cloggs up the whole train system. I've verified that removing the TGV asset restores the system to free flowing.

I agree with SoJiro, these new creations are great. However, they slow down the FPS significantly. Let's please post Tris and Tex Tris and see if we can optimize all these wonderful creations so that the game remains playable.

BTW its not the IPT mod but the Advance vehical options mod that allows you to have rear engines.

I observed that from far my TGV engine texture are really dark, I tried to keep my classic one and rename it with lod suffixe but I have error message...

It doesn't update the workshop variant automatically. It's a pain in the ass tbh. You have to subscribe to your own item, then it appears in the content manager with a button "Update". Click it. Now comes the fun part. You have to click the folder icon in the preview image. The folder that opens has a folder that says "content" or something like that. Inside it will be a .crp(?) file. Replace that one with the one from your "Assets" folder (it's in the same place as the Import folder that you use to import models), aka the one that is updated. Hoping that everything went right, continue uploading it to the workshop. If all went well it should add a changenote on the workshop page.

Yes, I checked it this morning. We can put the rear engine with IPT mod :)
Thus, I updated the TGV Duplex and added another wagon. Now 2 engines and 4 wagons.
It would be awesome if there is a way to choose the order of the wagon to add 1st, 2nd and restaurant class

taterwaffles > and yup, real train, it's mainly used for the Paris <> Marseilles TGV route (only TGV train type on this line, it's heavily used).
It's slowly replacing the old TGVs on other routes like the Paris <> Lille one.
The old 1 decker ones are moved to less crowded TGV lines like the Paris <> Toulouse one and newly created lines as well. Some are getting scraped too (1st gen TGV aren't in use anymore, except maybe some "La Poste" ones - mail TGVs)
