I really like this mod Magnar, it means that your cities tend towards 0 instead of +100 which is much more realistic :)

I'll give this a try ..i'm guessing it should help ballance public order better when playing on harder difficulties. Thanks for creating this!

How do you mod edicts?
Strategos 14 Jun, 2015 @ 3:42pm
This makes sense! Also: any way you could have the client change not effect certain regions of the map ie. moving south as it intensifies so, say, Egypt, doesn't lose all of it's fertility in one go?)

very creative idea! looking forward to what else you can come up with

This actually makes a tone of sense.

It should be harder to get a population up to the maximum level of happiness, whereas small changes should make an angry populace... calmer.

Great idea!
Magnar  [author] 31 May, 2015 @ 2:41am
@Mercenary, exactly
Mercenary 31 May, 2015 @ 12:55am
So this would essentially try to trend public order increases towards 0.

So a unhappy populace wouldn't neccessarily descend into full blown rebellion so quickly.
Magnar  [author] 29 May, 2015 @ 1:11pm
the disorder reflects the need for greater amounts of 'happiness' to increase their happiness by the same amount. Its not the value which is important but the mechanic.
Jesus Loves You^_^ 29 May, 2015 @ 11:49am
I can't see the logic here: for example how can a ''jubilant'' people create public ''disorder''.....
kerrfox54 29 May, 2015 @ 8:22am
You're a genius! (I think ....)
Magnar  [author] 29 May, 2015 @ 6:00am
nah, the you see there is a -1 public order faction wide when a town gets that bad.
Outraged : +6 public order
-1 public order factionwide
Deputy Dropshot 29 May, 2015 @ 5:46am
So, basically if one town is so bad off that they riot, the others are like, "Glad I don't live there..."? lol
