You have to download the palm trees separately. They are on the right side of this page under the "required items" -- hope this helps!

Pretty good! I noticed the exact same issue, and I'm actually in the process of creating a few as well. I'm looking forward to seeing what else you come up with!

Continuing on my last comment, Its better if you create new assets (trees, benches etc) rather than use stuff everyone else already can use.

@Gula I'm sorry to say but this is no better in quality than most other parks. Everyone can make parks and I think there are already too many.

I think its a respectable notion @TheDude1972 -- I've also kinda strayed away from requirement mods, but I'm testing the waters here. One thing I've noticed is the sheer lack of quality "simple" parks. This only took me a few minutes to assemble, too.

@Vinolik and @Uberdubie, I already use 300+ mods of which about 250+ are assets. I like to switch around which means I would have to check everything so not to get unused bloat. Personal choice nothing more ;)

A very simple mod compared to your other work, but also still very well-done and aesthetically-pleasing. Thank you!

@TheDude1972 Some of the greatest and most high-quality buildings on the workshop require separate assets. If you're truly interested in enriching your game with modded content, you're only doing yourself a disservice by placing such needless restrictions on yourself.

Love your mods, but don't like "extra downloads" mods, so skipping this one. Shame but do keep up the good work :)
