people can actually park there. in some way they relieve congestion (i think), because the closer there is a parking spot to the goal of a citizen, the sooner he will be "gone" off the street.

could you make a 2x1 and a 4x1 in such a way that it runs parrallel to the road? would also be neat if they had a slanted type.
