just make it a sandman re-skin but change the asthetic of the 'Bonk!' effect

Why not make it so that the snowball causes a "Shiver" effect that slows down struck players for a few seconds. It would be a weaker stun, no -15 health like the sandman, and the effect would last longer (maybe 10 seconds of 25% slower movement?)

Obviously you can't make the whole screen go white or people would be punching their laptops/desktops in anger. Covering the center of the screen might be OK as long as it isn't too long. Does less damage than sandman.
