Ah! Thank you. I just ran a few tunnels through these mountain ranges. EXCELLENT!!! Now they won't be a barrier at all. The tunnels are a big complex to make, but once you get how to do it, it's easy.

It is released :) - CO do say this on the forums:
Important note for users with modded games: Please use "--noWorkshop" and "--disableMods" as launch options when running 1.1.0 for the first time to ensure there are no conflicts. Several of your favorite mods will need to be updated before working properly with this version.

hmmm, this could be good for the new patch, they been showing a picture of the new tunnels on the forums :)
