i like the idle taunt idea but the mirrer could have a longer handle, the mirror lookes odd as it is in the video

Could you make it so he pulls the mirror out from the side more? The drawing and placing animations should be similar to the "get a life" taunt, that way it doesn't clip like it has been so far.

Other than that, maybe some smoothing of the animations and I think this would go great in TF2.

Looks good. To be honest, I more thought something like this would fit the Scout better, but from the video, it suits the Spy just as well.
