Chernarus townhouses are made from czech buildings and imitates Russia. This is a czech building made by russian. See?)

I like this asset, and most of your other work, but these houses really fit better into the residential high zones now than low. Wish it was updated.

This asset is faulty, it will cause a null reference exception error when not activated.
