These extension will be up when the size limitation of the Steam Workshop will be solved. And for this we'll need to wait unfortunately. I know that the creator of the OAU and STU is just waiting this to release it. For Hazard Course and Uplink we'll probably need to wait a little longer because these mods are not finished yet.

For Hazard Course, they are working on the free/mod version for now. And only after, they'll work on the Steam Version. For Uplink, he has just beginning to work on his remake of the mod version, for the Steam version.
