Probably it's possible to put in the symptomes something like: "Nano-Animatronics" and as a describtion: "The robot hide microscopic droids in their pizzas, so they set up in the brains of humans / animals, they go to bring to the pizzeria and volunteer to put themselves in the suits" I hope that helps.
