Can't figure out why Bethesda didn't do this in the first place. Thanks for making this!

and at level 80 you could intorduce twice as many ingots from dwarven items.

you could also add smelting of otherwise scrap items from say levlel 60 and up for istance many dwarven things arn't currently smeltable.

@Karliah All this mod does is tie the smithing skill to the smelter. Although, that idea does sound neat.
I could make it to where upon reaching something like 80 smithing (no perks for compatibility's sake.) that smelting becomes twice as efficient e.g. 1 ore per ingot instead of two.
Or allow the smelting of weapons and armor but only get half the materials back. Or, maybe, clutter meltdown. Sounds like a good idea.

This mod does exactly what it says. The smelting of ores causes one's blacksmith skill to increase making the advancement of blacksmithing much less of a grind.

Thank you for creating this mod.

@Aestherus I haven't initilised this mod yet so bear that in mind but are you planning on adding better smelting recipies for higher level blacksmiths? Again I apologise if this is already part of the mod but I haven't yet started it.
