A cosmetic that's so comically subtle that you don't even realize it's an actual cosmetic! :emofdr:
I'm torn between calling this lazy or borderline genius.

I feel like this could be combined with the smoke grenades and be shared between classes. Demo and pyro also have straps, and this feels too insignificant to be its own item.
