Great job, thanks. Chickens were sadly slaughtered by sabre cats shortly after arrival, wasn’t anticipating that. The interiors are deeply intriguing esp. given the hint/reference to the “massacre.” Nice to see Whiterun more populated.

the farmer lady says it would seem so, - is there more to discover or was that the nasty that you thankfully left out... just checking thanks for the bed and sacks..

@ riptide: he's using default dialogue for all i remember (been a while that i moved on to modding fo4) - but if you find it very disturbing, i can look into it

@ lupa ursa: sry, don't have any of the dlc (adoption's hearthfire, right?)
Mystic Dark Moon 18 Jun, 2017 @ 6:55pm
Is it possible to make this adoption friendly?

Talos enjoyed his visit to Barleydark Farm. He's also looking forward to paying a visit to
IRON-TREE MILL

One more thing, my translator is not working for some reason, otherwise I'd make a contribution.
Hopefully I can get it fixed soon.

Yeah, I wasn't expecting a quest. I was making comment more on the nostalgic side of things. Also, I hope my comment wasn't taken the wrong way when I said, >=======>
"I hanven't spent any time worthy of noting anything" I was onli implying that I haven't invested any play-time yet. And I'll be sure to check out IRON TREE MILL.
P.S. Your work is appreciated and it won't go unoticed.
s7o  [author] 3 Apr, 2016 @ 2:58pm
@ tiber septim: this one doesn't have much of an actual quest, just there for itself basically :-)
you might want to check out Irontree Mill (another one from this little series), it has one.
and i got Bear's Cave Mill about 95% done, has a couple small quests and might even see release before fo4 geck is out and i'll sooner or later move on

I haven't actually spent any time worthy of noting yet, but when I do, I will give another report on this mod when I play it. None the less, to anyone interested in these add ons, I think it's worth checking out.

This looks very well made and the lay-out seems fairly accurate. I enjoy seeing the old towns and land marks from the earlier titles of The Elder Scrolls. 1993 was a long time ago, but I can remember alot of the old places, that isn't in the original release of SKYRIM.

@ willy a jeep: tell me about it, just saw myself in a video clip recently, the problem being, that wasn't me in that video clip :-)

Just saying that duplicate buildings and people won't work well. Duplicates are freaky!
s7o  [author] 6 Aug, 2015 @ 2:44pm
@ willy a jeep: never heard of that mod actually, but thx for letting me know :-)
(don't see much point in specifically pointing out that two mods occupying the same place might not be compatible though ,-)

Though this is a really neat recreation of Barley Dark, I'll go ahead and point out that The Cutting Room Floor, a rather large cut-content mod, already added it back in, along with a slew of other places and people.

Not saying you should take this down or scrap any plans, just pointing out you might want to go ahead and make it clear that this isn't compatible with CRF. I know I saw this and thought it'd be a good addition alongside CRF's stuff, but then realized it's already in.

Fair enough, I'll check it out after dinner - about 20 minutes.
s7o  [author] 28 Apr, 2015 @ 10:36am
@ dalamite: thx :-)
3 npc's in total, mithorpa nasyal (vanilla), his wife (although his beard suggests he might have preferred otherwise) vendrela, and his mother melsu, she lives in the cottage (the second house)
Stirling 28 Apr, 2015 @ 9:54am
Awesome, you're getting there. How many NPCs are there in these mods? Because there's two houses outside.
