The loch uses different animations now than when I made it I think. Maybe the reanimation mod is causing issues? Does it still happen with out the custom animations? Not too sure honestly, I’ll check it out when I can. Cheers lad.

Hello, I've downloaded the mod myself and I absolutely love it. I use it for the Loch-n-load because I think it has the most fitting stats. Whenever the weapon reloads though, the cylinder detaches from the weapon and flies back. I found that the Kiyoshi FPS animations fix the reloading bug. 10/10!

Cross-referencing with tf_misc_dir.vpk, it's incredibly easy to get this mod to work again.

I think valve moved around some weapon folder directories, some of my other mods needed to be updated because of this. idk how broken it is now or if that one guy 2 years ago just fucked up installing it, plus I don't think the c_model directory for the grenade launcher has changed, but if it has then yeah it might not work out of the box. If that's the case it's p easy to open VPKs and install it like how mods were done before the VPK mod update.

Yes. Demoman NEEDS more primary weapons. If Valve ever adds more weapons (and they might actually do it at the end of this year!) then this weapon has to be one of them.
