Would be better if it were burning down.

love this but don't love Comcast
CrazyFinger 16 Nov, 2019 @ 8:48pm
Beautiful...indeed, although I'd personally like it better if it was a commercial building... But awesome none the less. I hope you are making the Comcastt Tech Building next.

As someone that worked here AND 3 Logan (currently at Center Square), these are pretty dead on.

I can't wait to put the giant evil USB flash drive of death in my city.
smioreun 28 Nov, 2017 @ 8:48pm
Great Job, you should try your hand at a lot of the new buildings being built in Philly :-)

@tovaira2 I am near these buildings, and many of them are mixed use in real life... ESPECIALLY the Liberty Place buildings this creator has redesigned for CS. :-)
rovaira2 29 Oct, 2017 @ 11:37am
It seems a lot these large buildings are made as tourist buildings instead of commercial; it'd probably be better if this was a commercial building with lots of jobs.
The Armed Lutheran 6 Jul, 2017 @ 11:43pm
Are you going to make the Comcast Innovation and Technology Center?
Overlord 29 Mar, 2017 @ 3:09pm
LOD is bad (without lod toggler) and nobody wants to visit this building :( unsub
Jie 31 Jan, 2017 @ 11:18pm

QuantumFoam 1 Jul, 2016 @ 5:53pm
As a Philly native, I approve!
kyleansel 21 Nov, 2015 @ 1:45pm
I am a Philadelphian and I am glad to see these buildings! I actually live in a highrise at Rittenhouse Square! Definetely subbing this one!
boo1gy 31 Oct, 2015 @ 5:54pm
@Raxteran could you possibly make a 1.1.5 version?? Please?
Cyruss 10 Oct, 2015 @ 4:04pm
As a Philadelphian, keep up the good work. Looking forward to these After Dark updates.
ConureGuy_411 10 Oct, 2015 @ 2:42pm
@Raxteran THANK YOU so much for the updates! I haven't seen them in the game yet, but I wanted to thank you for your work! Looking forward to seeing them all in the game!
ConureGuy_411 9 Oct, 2015 @ 1:47am
@Raxteran Your work is appreciated. Not to mention awesome.
Realname 29 Sep, 2015 @ 1:52pm
Update pls :)
redvirusexe 25 Sep, 2015 @ 8:49am
No rush man. Really appreciate your work & effort!
Raxteran  [author] 25 Sep, 2015 @ 5:37am
After Dark updates are on the way! I'm going to be updating some of the models as well. Although they are to scale, I'd like to adjust the UVs and textures to maximize resolution. I can't give a time estimate yet (just started teaching in addition to my day job), but it's my #1 priority during my free time.
redvirusexe 25 Sep, 2015 @ 5:03am
Hello. Will you be updating your buildings for After Dark dlc?
mickey 26 Jun, 2015 @ 7:54pm
any chance you could reduce the file size? game has limits on total asset size and large assets unfortunately cause these limits gotten hit faster...
jeremymar 13 May, 2015 @ 5:26pm
two liberty place! awesome! can't wait to build my own Philly!
Raxteran  [author] 13 May, 2015 @ 4:57pm
I wish I could say I was actively working, but we've been wrapping up a big project at my day job and I've been short on time recently. Two Liberty Place is next on my to-do list, and hopefully I'll have some free time in the next couple weeks to knock it out! ; )
smioreun 13 May, 2015 @ 4:34pm
when are you coming out with more?
WhiskeyJack 29 Apr, 2015 @ 12:08am
Now create a mod that I can have it blown to rubble, rebuilt and destroyed again. Forever.
jeremymar 28 Apr, 2015 @ 7:55am
@Eistein: Tried again, and, yeah, u got it right. I hate the sun reflection!
@Raxteran: Looking forward to more buildings from Philly. I had the MBA program in Drexel and had a great memory of Philly. Even now back to China, I'm still missing everything of Philly.
kreaturen 28 Apr, 2015 @ 6:49am
@Mechalic: Nonsense. Download more tall buildings. Problem solved ;)
Raxteran  [author] 28 Apr, 2015 @ 6:47am
All of my buildings are constructed to real-world scale and match the in-game grid (where 1 square = 8m x 8m). If you go to street level and compare the size of a single floor to the size of a person or a car, you'll notice that they appear to be proportionally accurate. The issue is that the tallest growable building Colossal Order included is ~15 stories, which is tiny when compared with the 58 story Comcast Center. Hopefully they plan to release more mid and high-rise buildings to fill in the gap.
Mechalic 28 Apr, 2015 @ 3:10am
Beautiful but way too big compared to standard in game buildings, scale is too large
kreaturen 27 Apr, 2015 @ 10:55am
I think it looks absolutely fantasic, both the LOD and the building itself. And thank you for keeping the footprint minimal. Fits like a glove almost anywhere. I hate that most building creators attach their otherwise wonderful creations to really overbloated lots. For me the LOD only turns white at the angle facing the sun, and from that angle everything turns white anyway, so don't think that is a problem with your LOD.
jeremymar 27 Apr, 2015 @ 9:32am
I have tried this building in game. Again, it's a great job! The model and the texture are both fantastic! But there is an issue that when i zoomed out, the color turned to white. The LOD did great, but a little more work need about the texture. Looking forward to the updated version!
jeremymar 27 Apr, 2015 @ 5:53am
Grrrrrrrrreat!!!!!! So, when will be the Cira Center?
Darkz0r 26 Apr, 2015 @ 7:35pm
Very nice!!
Electronic Gentleman 25 Apr, 2015 @ 9:09pm
Phillaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay.
smioreun 25 Apr, 2015 @ 9:28am
Your work is SUPERB... Looking forward to more Philly, and maybe some of the new (and old) Allentown!
amirite 25 Apr, 2015 @ 7:52am
Loving the Philly stuff man keep up the good work!!
tomb 23 Apr, 2015 @ 8:15pm
Great work, and Go Philly! yeah, a City Hall model would be awesome, but I understand the tech limitations (what about doing it as modules, like the brick railway station someone just made?). In the meantime - you are doing so well with Post-Modern Philly buildings - consider 1525 Locust Street. It's a smaller skyscraper but a real gem, wiht a lattice-work pyramid on top. Man, you are making me ALMOST miss Philthydelphia, I left 5 years ago....
Raxteran  [author] 23 Apr, 2015 @ 8:46am
@Je Suis Consuela - I'm glad you like it! I've considered City Hall for some time now, but it's a truly monumental task and would have to be built in pieces as the game currently doesn't support lots big enough for it. I'd love to take on the challenge, but it will probably be awhile before Billy Penn shows up in C:SL.
Sanguine 23 Apr, 2015 @ 8:23am
I love this! Can I ask, are you thinking about making Philadelphia City Hall anytime soon?
PokerSmile 23 Apr, 2015 @ 3:52am
Nice model. The weekly ($5100) price is way out of wack and I will change that in my game.
derek328 23 Apr, 2015 @ 12:10am
So they have money for big towers, but not enough to give people actually half-decent internet...
LittleMikey 22 Apr, 2015 @ 10:23pm
Now if only this game let you build a massive lake of poop and flood the Comcast Center with it...

OH WAIT IT DOES :D
Apiem 22 Apr, 2015 @ 7:41pm
Exelent Model. Keep it up, your buildings are great.
Oleander 22 Apr, 2015 @ 7:36pm
Lookin' good!
