@snow1493: Items from the TF2 workshop are only available once they are made official in game. So if you like my model, vote it up and tell your friends and maybe Valve will choose to include it in game if it gets enough support. Thanks! :)

I would like to see the coal painted though, and is this a hat or a misc.; because if its a hat, you should definitly add some sort of hat style to it :D

@BsiGio: I modeled this in Blender and compiled it with the SDK. At some point here, I'll upload some more screenshots and you can compare if you'd like.

This is a great thing, remove one of the demo's eyes on it, get rid of the pyro one's mouth, and you're good to go. Also, @bejiman1999, you can't download workshop items into TF2. Other games you can, but not tf2

Thanks for the votes and comments everyone. I am in the process of adding facial flexes to the models (which is proving to be tricky) and will plan to make the demoman's version have only one eye.

Ah I see. I forgot you could manually position items in the QC. Well in my case that won't work since the head shapes are different and my item requires a separate shape to fit the heads. Thanks for the info, looks like it's separate submissions for me.

@Habboi: my zip file was just under 1MB (2MB unzipped). I shared the same model source dmx's with 3 LODs (about 1000/500/300 tri's) for each class, repositioning for each class via qc files. There are 2 vtf's (one for color, the other for normals plus specular as alpha channel), which are shared among models at 256x256. Unzipped, materials take up 129k for compiled, 448k for uncompiled tga's. Unzipped, models take up 145k for shared dmx files with separate qc files for each class, 1.27MB for compiled models for all classes.

I have a question, when you're making an all_class hat like this, how do you submit it and manage to fit it into 4mb? I'm using a single texture sheet but there's no way I can fit the models which are all unique per class but share the same sheet.
