Personally, I would've made this a Heavy-only weapon (since it was supposed to be his melee), and made it quite a bit larger.

This would be perfect for Engineer, he has a pipe wrench, why not a pipe? It is good for Scout, and maybe Soldier, but not anyone else. :SBchicken:
