this is a prop and is used when creating new assets. or you can use a mod to allow props to be placed during the game.

I think what you are asking for would require modding the code and that is not my speciality. you might want to put that suggestion in on the official forums in the mod section and see if any of the code modders will take up the challenge. or in the suggestions forum and see if CO will make it an official feature (a wall/fence tool).

I was thinking maybe if there was a way to have the walls act like a road when putting them down whenever you get to the point where they are not just props?

These are props for use in creating your own assets. I do want to eventually create a ploppable version, but, I have a lot on my plate right now so it may be a while.

Where are the walls located? I have the mod subscribed and I see it in the content manager and it's on.

actually with hex editing I can make a park version that plops anywhere, but, there are a few things to consider.
