Love this asset!

One very small comment: In-game, it's misspelled as "chuch". This is relevant because it means the asset doesn't show up when I type in "church" using the Find It mod.

Love it next to my graveyards but had to use the editor to get the maintanence down to $60/week. 250$ was too high for the amount of them I'm using and compared to other parks.

Wonderful, thank you! The design of this church building is a very good choice. My Sims can attend Holy Mass. Or stop in for adoration of the Blessed Sacrament.

Agreed... especially smaller towns don't look complete without a central church. Unfortunately, contemporary churches usually look either weird or boring - and historical ones are, let's say... tedious to model ;)
