hello .. yes like any other workshop game you can unsubscribe and the mods will be uninstalled and removed (or atleast they should be. if they dont uninstall when you do that you can als go to

G:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\workshop\content\255710

and manually delete them yourself.. well replace G:\ with whichever directory your steam is on of course and you should see them under there.
