I grew up in Buffalo ,NY we had Timmy Hos on every corner

Even in our hockey arena, grocery stores and, maybe the zoo... I think .. LOL, 3 on an arterial road about 12 blocks away from my childhood home :-D Like for about 10 years minimum ..

TH will never be in the u.s., only here in Canada and our lovely friends the united kingdom. Sure U.S. is Canada's ally, but I would rather trust my cousin who is in the Canadian Armed Forces and our soldiers with united kingdom's military.

Sunshoe...install the Find It! mod, search for tim and you will find it. If you dont want to do that i believe it's in the Unique Buildings section

As a Canadian, You need to remove "Cafe and Bake shop" from the sign, Not a single Tims in Canada has that on the sign. Still a neat model.

This is amazing! Thanks for your work!
My only suggestion would be to make your designs growable. So from L1 to L4, you can have a Tim Hortons that grows larger in size.

@Jelco Thanks but that mod is not compatible with my other mod Extended Building Information and it's really inconvenient to have to search your zone spawns for Tim Hortons so you can lock the specific building. It's a poor stop gap method. I'd rather have ploppables for major brands if authors won't make them level 3.

@Zombocom, Try the control building level mod. It also includes controlling districts and cap all the buildings at a certain level.

I love all these cool unique lots but everyone makes them level 1, which means at level 3 no more Tim Hortons and my city looks all the same. Since Tim Hortons is everywhere IRL consider making them level 3? Or creating the lot as a park so we can plop them where we want. Thank you.

Awesome! The thumbnail image looks great, but I think the colour option in the larger image on this page isn't very 'Timmies.' Looking forward to seeing more stuff! What else are you planning for us Canucks?
