But.......I love Wheatley SO NO I don't find lazering him to be fun (it's not fun to see one of your fictional senpai's die... even if they are fictional -.-

ah, but lasering him is more fun, no? personally, my favourite is drowning him but that's just becasue i really enjoyed setting that up

I notice that there's a portalable panel on the other side of the rail... is there a way to save him??

@Lolbit why? If you mean a spoiler for portal 2 that the beginning spoils, then honestly I don't care, the game came out five years ago. If you mean a spoiler warning in the description, same again; it hardly matters to the map, and it happens within five seconds. It would be like putting a spoiler warning for the death of the empress at the start of dishonored.

you really need to put a spoiler warning for the beggining of the level.

I use the Hammer editor. You get more freedom than you get using the in game tools (The PTI), but it can be a bit daunting and the ui can be a bit overwhelming, but I learned from asking other mappers and from tutorials on youtube and on the valve developer community.

You can install hammer if you have Portal 2 installed by going, on steam, to the library tab, scrolling down to tools and installing the Portal 2 Authoring Tools- Beta. Then you open it and click on Hammer World Editor.
