i tryed placing the patch files in the follder, and ran the patcher, but it just turns invisible on back.....so i decided to find a difrent shield, some random one, not zelda, then had the same stepps, exept it was on the nexus, and worked perfectly, execpt i used the mod manager for both.....but i used that also with this and it went invis....so i realy dont know why....

@FRESSSNINJA : You just have to "subscribe" to a mod to install it. If you want to remove it from your game, just unsubscribe.

@everyone : Everything is on the description. I can't spend my whole time explaining how the DSR has to be installed, because it can be installed with different ways but each one results to the same thing. More of that, I'm not English and it's not very easy to explain detailed things with precision. There are a lot of videos on the web which have all the answers for your questions and issues :)

oh, i never noticed the patch file in the description, thx! so where do the files go, or can i just use them with the nexus mod manager?

@LegoGamerN64DD : Did you use the skyproc patcher ? It checks for "OnBack" and "OnBackClk" nifs for every shield in the game and if they exist, they'll be used ingame. If these files are not placed in the appropriate folder before patching, the shield will stay on your character's left arm.

ok, when i went ingame, it didint go on back, i had duel sheath in first, then i did this after, is there a pesific load order?

the shield is an artifact grade item (at least in hyrule) which means it doesnt lose its luster, doesnt get damaged easy, etc.

Hey Nhauste, I have a small question, can you make the same shield but add scratch marks and look a little more dirty so that it looks like belongs in the game. Great mod!!! love it!! just wondering. p.s can you make were there is two mods so people who like the way it looks in this one can use it

@OPCEGaming : I don't know why some people can't add the shield to their inventory. It's maybe a problem of configuration with multiple mods, I don't really know. Try out "help Hylian 1"

@Salamander Man : You just have to type "player.additem XXXXXXXX 1", where XXXXXXXX is the character chain you obtained while typing "help Hylian 4"

@SonikkuYoshi : Patching DSR with the Skyproc patcher is the last step to do for the DSR installation. The patch searches if "shieldnameOnBack.nif" and "shieldnameOnBackClk.nif" exist for each shield in the game, including mod added shields, and make them work with the DSR. That's why you have to subscribe to this mod, download and put both OnBack and OnBackClk nifs in the appropriate folder, then reuse the Skyproc patcher.
