I see. It was something I had in mind, and your mod sparked that. Imagine something like your mod, but with weather as a factor. Depending on the map setting and overall weather, random effects would occur. Like fog falls, units get their sight ranges reduced dramatically. Heavy wind blows, all artillery and mortar strikes get increased scatter radius.

Several changes have been made, and all British units are not affected by the War Drive!
So far it doesn't seem to be affecting gameplay for me that much, and something I'd suggest is making the ambient effects more drastics and last longer. Another thing is, maybe the Radio's Down effect could do the same thing as the OKW's Radio Silence, except apply to ALL troops on the minimap, as well as disable alerts (particularly voice alerts). This would affect gameplay much more than reduced capture time.
Other than that, this is a really awesome gamemode.
@[TAW]†TugaElite†, I will try to throw together a playthrough when I get the time, but if you are able to do so yourself, please feel free! The more exposure, the better. I can't see War Drive ever getting a serious following, but hopefully it fills a void for those who favour RP and realism.
after losing some units ^^ that effect of 1 unit kill its - 1 ammo aha it's pretty cool some effects
effects makes the battle more risky and "real" having you troops suffering from low morale
and other effects make the game more realistic and maybe we will see these type of effects on coh3
i truly believe that you guys should do a small presentation of the mode and is effects and do a walk threw to the game wen its playing !!
or if any one wants to do some 1v1 or 2v2 just add me i will love to have a blast and stream the mode !!
By the way, find the mod in "Victory conditions" and not "Setting pack" ( or something like that, I don't play english version ). I just thought that it wasn't working for me neither, but it was just hidden :P
