In my current version (Sunset Harbor DLC) the trees selected are huge and overshadow the building itself. You can still see it, but it looks like it's been abandoned for a number of years... oh wait, that's about reality for Isla nubar.

u can get rid of the zoomed in blur by changing your debth of field settings to legacy i beleve it was

I am going to download it when I am at home. Maybe you could make a mod to build the Jurassic Park fences to make a whole park? :D
