Actually, it's more around thinking about *less* than 2 portals, since one is stuck. Whenever I see a grated portal, I usually think it's that way for a reason and figure out how to exploit it...

I am not familiar with BEEMOD stuff. Do I purchase it on Steam or just download it using Steam ?

I used BEEMOD2. It comes with an automatic installer, so you don't have to be afraid of anything. BEEMOD2 gives you a style changer (1950's, Clean, Art Therapy style...), and a palette changer, plus lots of new testing elements to fill your palette with (including the orange portal spawner). Placing an orange portal spawner in your map automatically makes you start with a blue-only portal gun.

Nice puzzle :) How do you construct a 1 portal usuage map? Is it a MOD? I have a steam version of this game. I am not sure how to install MODS. Kinda scared to install MODS...don't want to mess up my game install. Thank you again for the puzzle ....
