Adding leisure to parking lots takes away from the leisure effects at parks. In other words, the citizens will go to a parking lot to find their leisure instead of going to a park. It's very easy to modify the values on your own with the Asset Editor if you want to fine tune it to your liking.
Also, even without leisure, cars will still park in parking lots and parking garages. Although they prefer to park in the street. If you want more of them to parking in parking lots/garages, make the streets nearby grass or tree lined. Hopefully someday will have a "no street parking" ordinance or regular road that doesn't allow street parking.
Although I ran into a bump with the parking lots, they don't increase leisure at all, I thought they would but there's no green circle. :/

I have also seen other asset creators using the collection and hoping that more will start to use it instead of having to list out every prop that is added to their assets.
Also, these are many of the most commonly props used by many other asset creators. If you install a lot of custom assets, odds are you will already subcribe to 75% of the props in this collection.
Also, you don't have to subscribe to the entire collection if you don't want to. The only thing that will happen is that you won't see a particular prop when the asset appears in your game if you don't subscribe to it.
