Wait, did someone solve it without needing to wait with the floor portals in the second part? If so, I'll have to surround the walls with glass or something.

I didn't expect this one would be that easy to solve. But try out my other chambers, in which I used really crazy tricks like having to fizzle a cube .

You overrate hardness - this was pretty easy.... only trick was standing in front of gel to spallter locally....thanks for creating.

I did it without any help :D!

Walkthrough:
-Place a blue portal on the repulsion gel. Notice the arrow to your right made of light strips. Look at the ceiling and shoot an orange portal to spread repulsion gel on the floor.
-Proceed to the higher level. Note that if you place an orange portal on the wall, the blobs will fly above the floor and go through the grating into the goo. This will NOT rise the goo level, that's not the solution.
-STAND IN THE GEL to make it splat around you and proceed to the next area.
-To get across the final part, shoot an orange portal on the floor tile to your left and WAIT.
-Even though this is almost invisible, by entering and exiting floor portals the gel will gradually lose momentum. After about 10 trips back and forth, when the gel is invisible, place an orange portal on the floor to your right. Then, when the gel comes, shoot an orange portal somewhere else to spread it on the floor. Proceed to the Chamberlock.
