I disagree that it should be used as a Respawn Zone though.
I feel this should Regenerate Health, and Power to your Suit.

to Refill those, but they should be seperated.
Instead, I think you should either disable spawning to these and only let them heal you and provide energy, or add an option to disable spawning, as having many of these strategically placed at a large base/station can quickly clutter up your spawn menu.
