Give this addon a try please (Smart Weld or Super Parent Multi)
It helps the server (video showing why: https://youtu.be/pyn_8uSiun0?t=4m27s )
and it's easier for players to weld things together.

Finally you have added Weapon Loadouts! :-P I was just asking 2 days ago if it's possible to create these. It's pain in the ass to choose weapons every time you respawn. GJ

Hey i see this is not completly up to date, when i first downloaded all the files there were still a few errors, i had to ask an admin for the other mods, and then download them manually, so please update it completly. (and maybe add more wac?) ;)
