You subscribe to it here, and then go in to the game and go to play-> custom levels.
There is a bug now though, if you have more than one in the list, you can still only play the first of them... we will fix that in a patch tomorrow.

I blame Skwi for the typo. :P

And to play the levels you first click the subscribe button. You then start the game, hit Play in the main menu and there should be a new menu option called Custom Levels where you find all subscribed levels.
