I could be wrong, but I believe after adding this mod my city services started trying to fulfill services on opposite side of map from their building. Death care and garbage services seem most effected, but freight appears to not be getting to warehouses and goods to commercial buildings. Removing this mod to test if things go back to normal.

In the mod manager it keeps saying it's not fully downloaded, yet works as intended.

crashes the game instantly when clicking on the demand bars, even if the mod is turned off. Game gives a warning that the mod is outdated.

@SWAGis17 pause the game, change it, lock it, and then press play, or just do it really quickly while it's in play

When i use this, it drops every bar to 0 and forces me to play with it constantly, or select the fix button. I wish i could use it when i need it, and still have the game run and tell me what it needs.

The reason it causes death waves is because of the population ageing in this game. basically all cims of each class are of the same age and die at the same time. thus, when using demand master and other mods to rapidly grow city, all cims will die at same time. i would suggest to use other mods to combat the effect, such as the population mods and the mods that remove dead bodies and garbage.

Working perfectly for me, though I don't use it to 'fix/stick' demand, I just use it to boost demand to 100, then let it fall down again to natuarl levels occasionally.

Doesn't work still, dunno what you're on about it used to help me grow my cities but now I'm just getting large decay constantly with this mod dunno what's happening but I've pinpointed it down to this mod.

It works absolutely fine with the latest patch including Financial Districts.. In fact this is the only RICO demand mod which has been consistently working for every DLC released till now.

Note : Do not use the Fix Value buttons, that causes freezing and crashes the game. Instead run the sim at 3x and then dial up the three counters manually to 90 + for a 4-5 mins ( 50 for slower growth). That should be more than enough for the empty zoned areas to grow and fill up quickly.

Tested with free patch (but not Financial Districts itself). Still working fine. Only thing I'm grumpy about is that I have to remember to turn it on each time I load a save (which might be by design?).

This mod works fine for me with new update

I was able to load up a decently modded new save with this active. Starting off the demand for residents was at 0, but because I use this mod anyways that doesn't really matter. Just adjust the value and fix it to that number then release when you've built your zone.
