RCI Demand View / Controller

2017/03/05 Update

1. Multi language support.
It will change the display language depending your gameplay setting in optional panel.

2. Stored demand value.
The values be stored everytime when playing the game.
And it'll be read and applyed in next game process.

Features

1.View RCI values (0~100)
2.Adjust RCI values as you wish !
3.Fix RCI values in any time !

Bug Report

Install [Mod Tools] Mod , start / load game.
Press [F7] in game and report log text related my mod to me in debug console.

Je n'ai rarement vu de mods aussi utile il fonctionne ET il est traduit très bon mods je recommande

I could be wrong, but I believe after adding this mod my city services started trying to fulfill services on opposite side of map from their building. Death care and garbage services seem most effected, but freight appears to not be getting to warehouses and goods to commercial buildings. Removing this mod to test if things go back to normal.
