You could add long handles so the backpack won't hit the character heads/hair and make them different for every character so it would make more sense

as my modeling skills improve, i found out several ways to fix the issue, without having to do extra crap.

im just too lazy, and i have school work/ homework/ afterschool stuff... :P plus i cant find the compiling files anywhere, might have to reverse engineer.....

@stealthjet808 how about creating a new model? or talk to modeler that will work with you to support this mod?

Actually i tried to fix the problem with the backpacks high up, but due the where the medkits are placed on survivor models, that would cause a whole jumbo of remodeling the survivors skeletons. :(

and yes i tried moving the reference point of the 3D model down a bit, no effect.

I just want to go ahead and tell you that this is a very good idea. I really hope you work on this and make it so that you use a medkit in first person, not the actual bag. Would also be great if the bags could be adjusted so they fit the surviors and not ride high up on their backs. This seems like a really nice mod that enhances the games visuals but it needs just a bit more work. Really hope you continue to improve this.
