I've noticed three differences between this mod "Hide UI" and the CS native hide UI (Free Camera Mode):
1.) "Hide UI" enables the * "First Person Camera" mod to hide the UI; the CS Free Camera Mode does not.
2.) "Hide UI" works with the ** "City Vitals Watch" mod (CVW); the CS Free Camera Mode bugs CVW causing it's stats bars to disappear everytime after you've used the CS Free Camera Mode.
3.) The camera in "Hide UI" doesn't "float" around quite as freely as the camera does in CS Free Camera Mode.

I made a post on Reddit a while back with screenshots so you know what I mean: https://www.reddit.com/r/CitiesSkylines/comments/3g6pmn/zoning_grid_is_far_off_please_help/?ref=search_posts
Hopefully you can fix this because I love your mod, but this is driving me crazy :/
There is one significant bug - first I thought any other mod is the reason - many people always give Traffic++ the fault, like it's trendy or something...
The issue is, when I use F11 to toggle off the UI and move around an intersection, the lane arrows get crumpy or disappear.
This doesn't happen when I disable the UI with the vanilla button right-bottom, the camera icon.
Then I can move around like hell and the lane arrows are always okay.
Is there any planned fix for this, or is this (the misalignedment) an artifact of my 150% dynamic resolution (ie: i'm not doing double resolution, but only a fraction of that)
Is the misalignment fixable? I can post screens if needed.
Thanks.
when you want to take picture with a 1st person view mod, you cannot use that build in camera view.
so this mod help to take 1st person screenshot with a hidden ui
By the way, for the folks who are mentioning that there is already a button on the screen for this, yes this is true. However, having a key for this function means you don't have to move the mouse. This is important if you are trying to follow a vehicle by clicking the little teardrop symbol in it's info box. If you click the "follow" icon and then try to move the mouse to the "Hide The UI" symbol, it can "unlock" the following function. Having the hide UI function as a button avoids this.
