This asset aided my city of 1,000,000,073 people in my large city. I put "Traffic Jammers" on every quadrant of my city and see my citizens happily arriving to work. Services improved a lot more too. I just want to say.. Thank you.

Can you maybe make an ice rink that spawns in the start of every game, with no bulldoze option and expenditures that just goes up up and up until it becomes so cumbersome that it will single handedly ruin everything.
