Report a translation problem
The "Ad" I think they're talking about is the BGG expansion. That includes "Card Game", "The Geek" and "Board game" as Keepers, and the titular "BoardGameGeek.com" as one of the goals.
I think that the expansions should have been left separate like all the other decks, but you do not want to remove the 6-7 offending cards before play, and drawing one of these cards is not to your liking, then the updated 5.0 edition does not have any of the expansion added in:

This one also has more of the missing and later decks, so I would recommend this one for most play anyway.
If you don't want to get preached or advertised to while you play, pick another mod.
As I said in the description, I didn't design any of the stuff in this bundle, I don't know why it has an issue when you put graphics up, mine does the same thing, I just compiled what others have uploaded...
