Basics: Hit subscribe, it should download automatically, may need to restart steam / AAPG.
From here, I'm not sure if there is a better way or not. I have "played" community maps by hosting a LAN server and selecting the specific map from there. If there is a better way and someone wants to chime in that would be great, but that is how I've been doing it for other maps. Obviously, you can't actually play a map for points unless a registered server is hosting it. Hope that helps!
