Pretty neat, it's an 100% winnable mutation, but will take more than your standard focus. To get through hordes you gotta put down the Gnome and mow the zombies down before picking him up and run for it, and repeat.

It's a fun simple mod that just makes you feel satisfied. Though it's impossible to finish The Passing final, so that's a minus.
