If you, or someone elfe, find the fonction who could "multiply" the squad created/spawned (like the old Commander Skill from Soviet Army, who summoned 2x T34/85), I loved to obtain it :p !

Anyway the popcap command is Player_SetPopCapOverride. Action point means "XP" which gives you command points.

I learn LUA by the way, and I dont understand how the game understand what it's the team who are in minus number.
I only need the part who speak about the PopCap scale.

I haven't updated / tested this mod for 6 months, so I am not if this even work anymore. But, try to resubscribe this game mode, it may work. :)
However, at the same time, since your micro and macro tactics is always superior to AI, you will always have good unit positioning and formation, (in general, even when playing on standard resource, you're fighting vs Expert AI who has 1.5x manpower).
So eventually, I used 6 rifleman and I could already hold the line and no matter how much I die, there is simply no manpower bleed because of the 3x manpower income. I find it an advantage to certain infantry based faction (esp. OKW and Soviet)
