I like the idea of some sort of Western themed taunt for Engie, but it seems to close to Heavy’s “Showdown Taunt.”

Not gonna lie, you got a laugh out of me on both videos. However, Engineer is a very short character and this should be exaggerated with the movements. As the taunt is now, it's rather lacking in terms of animation quality. You could make Engineer to a slight hop before landing into a position with his knees bent (similar to his "Director's Vision" taunt animations), or you could have his waist swing side to side more as he's lifting each individual arm and firing. It is a beautiful idea nonetheless and I hope you refine it so it can make its way into TF2.

if engi ever gets a revolver, this needs to be the taunt kill for it.

Bruh, like bruh, this is awesome. And if this was a taunt kill, it would be cool while firing the guy would be stunned like the huntsman taunt expect they shake back and forth until you stop shooting, and when he pulls up his "gun", they fall over. AND DIE!

Maybe it should work like Rock paper scissors, and make it fairly medium range to start the taunt I guess to have it make sense.

Counter attack to heavy's fist taunt. Make it tauntkillable!

The idea is great, but the execution could be done a little better. The sound makes my ears bleed, and the multiple shots seem a bit excessive. Perhaps if it was similar to the Rock, Paper, Scissors, where a random winner was selected. And maybe with the default pistol in the animation, at least, because the finger fire thing seems to be the Heavy's thing. I do love the idea of a showdown, though, so you've got my vote.
