This is a CORE mod for Rome 2. Far too many times the poorly coded AI sends full-stacks off into the desert and then forgets that they even exist, robbing that faction of a valuable army, that also requires upkeep. These "Lost" legions now die off slowing allowing you, the player, to pick them off for valuable exp and allows the AI to recruit another stack when it does forget about its wayward full stacks. Win, Win.

Servus,

is this mod still compatible with the newest patch? I love this mod, its just a little but such an important detail!

Greetings

I've noticed attrition in spring season in Italy and Asia, don't know if it is intentional.

Do you still suffer attrition if you're on the road?

Brilliant mod, Thanks

Does this include enemy territory that are in regions which have very light winters, like central spain? would you still get attrition there?

@MacGuyver, I would recommend a 12 turns per year mod. I had the same issue with Shogun 2 where I found that 1 turn of winter deaths was barely noticable. Making each turn one month means that any army caught outside their own borders will cop 3 turns of it. I personally found that it really makes you think about your strategy before launching attacks in the winter months.

Any detail of what this does exactly?

Good idea. But more information about exactly what has been changed. And is it compatible with DEI?
