I am currently rebuilding remodleing and redesigning this hull can I release it when im eventualy finished?

Lovely Compartmentalizing. Yet as Twisted said. If it was made of beams it would be alot tougher. Since its made of cubes. Small hull breaches are easier to come by when being fired by a weapon with high AP

The reason why this isn't completely built out of beams is because it has too complex a shape for that. The game doesn't really care much about how streamlined a ship's hull is, but I wanted to make it as close to a real ship hull as possible.

i5 2500k, 7970, 24GB. If you check my workship items, I have a bigger ship than this built out of beams. I can handle a bunch of those before the framerate tanks.

My only complaint is that about a third of the blocks are 1x1 cubes. Subbing in 4x1 bars where possible would really help bring the part count down, increase hull durability, and let my computer actually handle the thing. As it is, I'm getting less that 10 fps while this is rendered.

Subscribe to it, then hit the Workshop button in the main menu, then select it from your subscriptions and download it into the game. Then you can spawn it in the vehicle editor.

Yea, that's definitely a problem with this game, but in my experience the worst CPU killers are missiles.

Nice design, but the 45k blocks is liable to make a lot of computers puke their CPU under battle conditions.

It's an engine design I came up with from calculating out the best power to fuel consumption arrangements of parts under the assumption that size is not an issue.

Turns out that Exhausts are only useful for building extremely small engines. The second you go big more carborators always win in efficiency.
