@Flaninty: Are you on low-end hardware and/or running GMod in DirectX 8? The eye shaders this model uses are only compatible with DirectX 9 and above. It's supposed to fall back to DX8 compatible shaders when needed, but this feature appears to be busted in Gmod.

Yeah I've got HL2 and the episodes installed. Her eyes aren't entirely red but they're a little pinkish/reddish

@Flaninty: Do you have Half-Life 2 (or any games) mounted in Gmod? It may be that Gmod doesn't include certain shader files that most games on the engine have.
