Totally Awesome pauljchris! I did see a little version problem with a saved game file from 5/5/16 and guess this is the source. Not a problem I can't overcome. I'll have to get the new ones at xlnation and leave the old ones from Steam where they are or I'm sure all of my saved game files will show loading problems.

I have moved these models to T4 Exceptional Density section to stop them zoning as requested. V1.5 available form XLnation.city http://xlnation.city/resources/us-style-public-housing-pack-t4.190/

I wish these were placed in the T4 Exceptional Density section instead of T3. Then we could use random zoning without fear of these jutting into roads.

go paks/mods folder within your game installation and delete the patch file. NB make sure to delete any already placed buildings within your city of this patch before deleting otherwise your city will crash on startup.

i insubscribed but these buildings still spawn. how do i fix this? pardon me im new to the game

Uninstalled temporarily until the non-standard base size issue is fixed. When it is, I'll redownload as they otherwise look pretty neat in urban environments. :)

This does not match up the road correctly, it overlapped on to their surface.

These do have the NOZAC tag addded which usually stops non standard base sized mods like these growing in zones. Unfortunately , this tag is broken in CXXL. A fix is being worked upon. Sorry for the inconvenience but it wil be fixed shortly.

Should be ploppable only. Overlaps the road when it spawns on its own. Great buildings otherwise.

I'd have no problem if these buildings where just non-standard size. But they overlap the road, that makes them useless for me.

Buildings look very nice! But they do not fit correctly to the streets...they overlap

Its a mod. It is real life size 80mx80m base. Non standard base sizes are common in CXL mods, they make for a more interesting city layout and more challenging road planning. ;)

Yes confirmed these buildings are big respect to standard size.

I like the style of the buildings but these houses are too big. They take space of the road.
